Core duties and responsibilities
- Develop, format, and refine client proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support business development efforts
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client, prospect, and opportunity data
- Conduct market research to support sales strategies, prospecting efforts, and campaign development
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, including content development, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Provide graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed
- Administer customer appreciation and client engagement programs to strengthen relationships and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales and marketing efforts with company objectives
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Sales & Client Partnerships team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows within the sales and marketing function
Requirements, Certifications & Skills
Education and experience
- Coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous marketing internship, sales support, or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Clickup, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- High level of accuracy in data entry, document formatting, and content development
- Basic graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) preferred
- Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to contribute, learn, and make an impact
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional team members
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular use of computers and phones
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with benefits.
- May require occasional flexibility to support deadlines, proposals, or campaign launches
