Field Technician

The successful Field Tech candidate must be a team player and a “people person” with an interest in learning. We provide great training where needed; our new hire will simply need to retain that knowledge and use their skills and strong mechanical aptitude in field operations to help achieve great outcomes. aptitude. A strong work ethic, appropriate work conduct, commitment to work safely, and eagerness to do more than is requested is non-negotiable.

• Willing to work long hours on a project? (Overtime is paid and sometimes encouraged)
• Heavy equipment experience? A plus, but not necessary. Training is available for all functions.
• Passionate about working safely and ability to follow safety instructions.

Rad Pros provides competitive pay in the $20 to $30 per hour range for this position depending on experience and capabilities, with options for higher pay on Davis-Bacon projects, and with nearly unlimited growth and compensation available for the right person with a great work ethic and ability to learn, grow, and contribute.
